On Monday Room 11 went to Room 14 to go do some AWESOME Science! It was cool, we got put into little small groups and waited to do a experiment with one of the plants,  but first we all needed to write all our prior knowledge about plants.
(Did you know that once flowers start growing, fruit start bearing!) The whole class knew a lot about plants. We had so much fun sharing our ideas!

Once we all wrote our ideas on paper, our immersion teacher, Mrs Chaney, took one group at a time to come and plant the mustard seeds!I got to put the soil in and add in water to help it grow! It was really fun! I think that this was one of my favorite immersion classes.
On Monday and Tuesday room 11 did some awesome science about plants and bees! We all got to design our own flower, then after we all got to get a packet of chips (There was candy inside!)and pretended to be just like bees!

We all got to collect crumbs inside of the packet and place it on top of someone's beautiful flower! It was fun, also if you did not know bees play a big role when it comes to bearing fruit!

When bees collect nectar  they collect something that is called pollen, after collecting the bee travels to a different flower, and while they collect their nectar from their they drop the little pollen! And after the flower or plant grows FRUIT!!!

Today in room 17 all of room 11 and I got to go and of course learn something new about the world! We all learnt about carbon footprint!

We all got into groups of 3 and wrote all the facts we knew about carbon footprint, for some of us we did not know anything about this topic. So to help the people that did not know alot we all watched some clips of this topic!

Did you know that carbon footprint is bad for the environment! It's like Bad air that can cause a lot of danger like:Tornados, Storms, Floods and lots more!

And remember to keep our environment clean, and don’t forget to recycle!!

Easter liturgy!!

My head spinning in circles, my hands shaking , voices telling me that I could let my team down! I was so nervous and shocked that I could barely move my hands and feet! The music stopped as I was walking onto the stage, the curtains were moving! I walked onto the stage, I said my first sentence and almost fainted in front of the whole school.

As I was was about to say my last words for my garden scene, Palu (Jesus)  and I said the wrong thing at the wrong time, we both mucked up but luckily no one noticed. “PHEW,” lucky!
Anyways, I had spoken my last words, and as the music had started I rushed down the steps as fast as a car speeding on the highway!

I was so relieved that everything was done. All my friends were happy for me and I was proud of myself. Even the story was so sad I was about to cry like a baby (ha ha). I was happy everything went right and I could not wait for part 2 of the Easter Liturgy!!

What I have learned from this slide is that many people had died from the war but people now are still grateful for what they have done for us and our country.
